This study features the UTAS BigShot Visual Electrodiagnostics System to generate spectra similar to sodium light (composed of 589-nm wavelength light), to evoke and acquire the ERG signals (high–pass filtered at 0.3 Hz and low–pass filtered at 500 Hz)). ERG protocols were adapted from a previous study50 to test scotopic and photopic luminance responses of the retina.
